Candidate Eligibility

Basic requirements for overseas employment through our program

Document Requirements

  • Valid Malawian Passport (minimum 2 years validity)
  • Educational Certificates (verified copies)
  • Professional Certifications (where applicable)
  • Police Clearance Certificate
  • Medical Fitness Certificate
  • Passport-sized photos (white background)

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
  • Certification in relevant field (trade certificates, diplomas, degrees)
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Age: 21-45 years (exceptions for specialized roles)
  • Good physical and mental health
  • No criminal record
